Although Mark Homer & Peter Ingham together with Tim Rhodes & Andrew Asquith secured a win in their respective matches, Alwoodley secured four wins and won the match 4 & 2. The match was played in great spirit with a lot of banter at the meal afterwards. Fortunately, the heavens didn’t open again until everyone sat down for the meal. The Pannal team is already looking forward to the return fixture in 2025 at Alwoodley, where they hope to do better!
