This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and personable individual to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant and friendly environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Front of House Manager you will need to be an energetic team player / leader with an outgoing personality who is organised, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
As Front of House Assistant Manager, you will ensure our members and guests receive the highest level of service, whether they’re enjoying a meal in our Clubhouse, attending an event, or relaxing after a round of golf.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting the Front of House Manager in implementing and/or following the bar and catering policies and procedures
· Working alongside the Front of House Manager and Catering team to ensure the bar is working to the maximum potential
Assist to lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
Assist with training new team members
· To assist in the management of all payment transactions in accordance with the Club financial policies and procedures and to handle all transactions with diligence, honesty and integrity
· Assist when required with weekly supplier orders
· Assist in ensuring the beer cellar is kept clean, tidy and all cellar equipment is maintained to the required standard
· Assist when required in the management / implementation of staff rotas
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
Support the management team in planning and coordinating events
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality supervisory experience (preferably in a golf club, hotel, or restaurant setting)
A hands-on, can-do attitude
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
· Able to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays as required

· Hours are based on an annualised 40 hours per week, typically across a rotational five-day working week
· Renumeration in the region of £26k - £28k based on experience
