The October monthly medal was held on Saturday 5th October in sunny conditions. The competition was played over 16 holes due to the works on the 2nd and 3rd holes.

Jon Clayton won division 1 with a nett 63, with1 birdie and 11 pars beating Lennie Huxter by 2 shots. Billy Johnson won division 2 with a nett 63, with 1 birdie and 8 pars beating Will Holt by 1 shot. Chris Wragg won division 3 with a nett 64, with 6 pars beating Stephen Duffy in a card play-off. There were 9 twos recorded.

On Sunday 6th of October, the mixed Autumn Greensomes was held. Sam Skaife-Clarke and Sue White won with 43 points; 10 points clear of Graham & Lucy Hindmarsh.

There was no lady’s competition this week due to the weather.
